I never knew that I wanted to study journalism.
When I was in my last year at school I wanted to study political science,
because I didn’t knew what I really liked, I wanted to do something related to sociology,
history and to argue about the problems in the world. But in the other hand I really
like art and cinema.
But as a good libra I wasn’t sure about anything. So, in December I was convince
that I would take a gap year, to think and look for what I wanted to do with my
life. I started to work in December, but I applied to journalism, because I thought
it could cover all my preferences. I also applied to political science, law and
cinema.
In mars I thought twice if I was ready to take a gap year and the idea
of going to the university wasn’t that bad. The first two days my thoughts
were: What am I doing here, but then I started to make friends, the classes
were fun and I was discovering that being a journalist wasn’t a bad idea. I
started to read more, I discovered new artist, and that to be a journalist
could be important and I could learn about everything that I always liked. So in
the end I took I good decision. I am happy with what I am doing.
But I would like to study more
after this career, something related with theory of art, sociology or cultural
management.
I'm happy that u are happy in journalism, I think u going to be so good in cultural jorunalism
ResponderBorrarYou really like art? I also like art a lot. My favorite artist is the comedian Wilson Ñanculef. He is very funny, but he is also very ugly. But that doesn't bother me.
